Katy Galvin has over 10 years in the restaurant industry cooking professionally, and a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, GA. While living and working in Atlanta she also taught cooking classes at The Cook’s Warehouse, specializing in knife skills and entertaining classes.
